Pros
Target has a really good way of recruiting new talent and being negotiable with salary. Team members are well compensated so the tenure in the building is good
Cons
Refuses to innovate or allow new talent to implement new processes. They say they are about CI but truly only the Senior leadership and CI manager are able to implement. No real room for growth.
