Overwork, underpaid, no room for advancement - Designer Target Employee Review

US benefits are subpar for such a large corporation. Employees are overworked with minimal pay (70 - 80 hours of work weekly for salary employees). Management has no incentive to support employee growth as they don't want to lose their talent to another department.
