      Low bonus payouts, especially compared to competition. Opportunity for promotions/advancement are entirely based on your networking abilities. Individual accomplishments may be celebrated, but seldom are rewarded.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
