      They provide a significant amount of training, and really seem to care about their employees. Good 401K, benefits, and competitive pay.

      Pay and growth opportunities. Thorough training when you are new to the company.

      Work-life balance isn't the best because you are required to close quite a bit while also working your dayside shifts.
