      Laid back sometimes. Fun people. Free sandwiches which is ok.

      Cons

      Terrible management and does not acknowledge hard work. Favoritism and filled with fresh college graduates that think target is their life.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
