      Pros

      I absolutely love working at my target. Great staff and everyone works well as team. Professional and polite.

      Cons

      Downside is we cant more than 15 hrs a week to meet our bill obligation. Even when short staffed, they dont give us the option of getting extra hrs so we can meet our goals for the day and close on time.
