      Pros

      Good job right out of college. Great internship program during the summer. Very fast pace, as long as you’re focused, hardworking and open to new ideas you can be successful. Good benefits. Room to grow within company.

      Very long hours. Large communication gap from senior management.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
