      Pros

      Great culture and atmosphere. Work life balance is fantastic. Plenty of opportunities to develop. Senior execs are great people to work with.

      Cons

      Some warehouse workers are entitled and can't seem to realize how good they've got it.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
