      Pros

      Anybody who is not upper management is great. They are very willing to help.

      Cons

      Where do I even begin? Poor management, lots of favoritism and managers who will stand around and watch you struggle and suffer. HR is not your friend they do not care about you or any problems you have unless you have rock solid evidence because all they want is just to not get sued.
