Decent schedule flexibility, but heavy workload and low raises - Style Team Member Target Employee Review

The coworkers that I was with didn't always do their jobs. I was always completing 2-3 times the amount of work as those that I worked with. Raises are a joke. I kept being told I was a high performer and then was given a $.23 raise after being there a year.
