Smoke and mirrors - Anonymous employee Tapestry Employee Review

Overworked, we overcommit, we put goals in place that do not come to fruition, we spin our wheels and say things because that’s supposed to be what we say. We put in place these wellness benefits that NO ONE can take advantage of because we work 16 hour days. We spread people thin because the teams are understaffed. Meanwhile it’s a multi billion dollar company. It’s also hard to get promoted and I know some of my coworkers apply for roles within the company and get overlooked. Seems like we rather hire from other companies. Is it a terrible place to work? No. People are nice but no work life balance at all and we don’t make decisions quickly.
