      Good salary good benefits for employees uniforms provided and paid training. Co workers are supportive. You work indoors so weather is not a factor.

      Cons

      Typical govt agency. Lots of paperwork constant testing. It's not real security most employees working checkpoints are only there for a pay check. Lots of smoke and mirrors with an eat your own mentality.
