This job has went so far down hill . At the airport i work at we are losing about 3 long term employees a month. People are taking major paycuts just to get away from this organization. We are over worked under employed and now they are changing things that you didn't realize they were allowed to change because its federal. All PT employees have to work 5 days 4 hours at 4 am to 8 am. No more or less that 20 hrs. The promotion process is unprofessional and about whos but you kiss. They make errors amd do not fix them.
