      -Able to have a static potentially never changing schedule. -Moving up and even back down is constantly always open -HQ has visited several times to check out ANC -three shifts, 5-4-9's are common.

      Cons

      -Might have to relocate to move up. -Seniority is a thing. -Leadership could be picked better. -Blue Days...Mando OT during summer.
