Pros
They offer a fair amount of health insurance options, although the premiums can be a little high. Five percent match on retirement savings. Can work part time and still receive benefits.
Cons
The job is difficult enough dealing with the general public who hates us, add in some of the worst management I have ever seen and the work environment is just downright hostile at times. The worst part is being so short staffed at all times, getting pressured to move faster and then getting punished if you do something wrong or miss one of their tests. Everything about this job makes you feel like you are set up to fail. If you make it to supervisor or if you are friends with higher management, the same rules don't apply to you as everyone else. Supervisors that are abusive to the employees and just sit texting on their phones all day get away with murder. Complaints against abusive and terrible supervisors go ignored. If you want to be overworked, underappreciated, underpaid and sleep deprived, this is the job for you!
