Pros
Commute can be good compared to other Federal jobs Office space is better than many other Federal buildings Not many other pros unfortunately
Cons
Supervisors micromanage and retaliate - create hostile work environment for most employees as they do not trust their subordinates nor treat them like professionals. No within-grade increases and limited bonuses and promotion potential due to recent downsizing. TSA does not follow many practices of other Federal government agencies such as teleworking and flexible schedules - it is considerably behind the times.
