Pros
The job security is a plus if that is a major concern for you. The benefits are average and you get plenty of sick and vacation time.
Cons
The management is horrible at all levels. I"m a Business Management major and what is allowed to go on there is an absolute joke. Managers whom are problematic, instead of being demoted or fired are just moved around, no accountability actually goes on. You can have the proper degrees and credentials and know nothing about their job and continue to screw up and still move up the chain in a rapid manner. Morale is a joke.
