Insecure management, don't care about your personal life though they say they do, can't think outside of the box. Poor pay for the responsibility the job entails. No room for growth, no consideration of education background and skills. Locality pay not offered in some airports that need it. Promise of bonus but then does not deliver if you are no longer on duty.
