As with most company headquarter locations, you have more opportunity to advance pay wise, more chance to network with other TSA and Federal Agencies and will have the ability to seek other HQ opportunities if you desire change.
Cons
As with other major cities, if you can handle the high cost of housing, taking the various transit systems to the job and/or the ability to handle traffic jams on any day and any time......you will do fine here.
