Slow as molasses and strict hiring process and very horrible instructors during training a lot goofing off and cursing language use and low morale by some TSO's with a I'm sick of this job mindset I saw during the OJT process Lots of bureaucratic bloat poor communication by MGR's many of the senior officers are quick to run and tell management or floor supervisors on you for very minor things especially if your the new kid on the block while smiling in your face but fail to follow the security operations protocol themselves while expecting you to do do while dealing with angry and in my case early morning hostile passengers from starting at3:30 am til 12:00 Noon !!! take my advice beware of of what you may be getting into not for everyone especially if you have never done security before!!!
