-Micromanaging -Difficult to use time off, based on seniority, first come first serve but not enough -They don’t back up officers when it really counts -Preach teamwork but everyone only looks out for themselves -Need a PR team to help change public’s perspective on the agency, it’s getting worse and the overall is affecting the employee morale -Employee morale: management doesn’t really help to improve it, if anything make things worse -Promotions are completely based on interviews and thus some who have no business in that position are given it, those that are more deserving/know the duties of the position are over looked, encouraged to apply again and again and again......
