      Transparency regarding customer billing, good company car policy and good learning budget

      Cons

      Employeneurship model - it puts more risk on the employee and less risk on the employer compared to the traditional consultancy model.

      Environment,management, values, invested in employees and room to grow

      Cons

      PTO it is hard to accumulate PTO when you start as a new employee since it will also be used as sick time and mandatory holiday pay. Pay is also a large downside.
