      -There is a really nice and expensive lab environment where you can develop your hands on skills. -Complex customer environment which gives a huge space. Multiple technologies covered. -Certification reimbursement

      Cons

      -Lack of communication between management and employees. -Company doesn't make its best to keep its most valuable assets. -Poor selection of new employees. -Changes just for the sake of changing. -Facilities can be improved.
