Pros

People focused locally and a friendly place to work. Good benefits package (Car, Medical, Bonus, Pension + flexible benefits) and holidays increment 1 day per 2 years Good exposure to a range of customer contracts and opportunities for technical development.

Cons

Weak leadership with little autonomy. Trying to play in the Global arena, but in reality a collection of autonomous national businesses units operating in isolation and often conflict without any overall management accountability and control. Doesn't invest in adequate tools and headcount to match the services offered to customers. The delivery model sees employees as 'factory' workers. Tightly bound in bureaucracy and red tape. Assumes one size business model fits all customers.

Pros

Good work-life balance compared to many consulting companies. Stable environment and structured processes.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to large corporate structure. Salary growth may feel slower than at startups or U.S.-based tech companies.
