      Pros

      Culture, openness, people-centric approach, freedom to perform and grow. The general atmosphere is one where you can develop and raise your abilities and expectations. I have yet to receive any negative criticism: everything is presented in a constructive and personable manner. The freedom to perform tasks in any fashion exists, so long as company guidelines are followed you are frewe to achieve the end in any fashion you choose.

      I have yet to find any.

      Cons

      Decision-making can be slow due to large corporate structure. Salary growth may feel slower than at startups or U.S.-based tech companies.
