      Pros

      It's a good start for a person who needs to add some more experience to his/hers CV - the bar to get in is set low.

      Cons

      The admin work can get easily boring, if you are lucky enough to work on not-fully admin position (engineer/specialist), the amount of work can overwhelm you. Team-leaders and managers don't really lead or manage, they basically are there to forward orders from their bosses/customers/project managers to the workers.
