Pros
Initially it was challenging to outperform standards, but after some time I realized that i was in fact being used as a cost cutting measure, performing roles for up to 4 full-time employees. I was overworked and stressed out until health issues began to pop up.
Cons
management don't really appreciate your contribution management too focus on cost saving sometimes work load can be stressful too many changes in the organization that confused employees
