      Pros

      Transparency in what is expected from you. Cordial environment. A lot of autonomy. As long as you perform you have a lot of flexibility.

      Cons

      Underachievers often get promoted. Management often assigns "urgent projects" with no purpose. Management prefers to see if contracts are renewed before attempting to improve in areas the customer wants improvement.
