      Pros

      Lots of internal opportunities. Nice office. Cafeteria, mobile for personal use.

      Cons

      Hard to change anything. Bit less salary compared to other companies. Based on company parties and other benefits, it feels like company slowly going down on the hill. Sometimes you will face other colleagues whom are not so skilled in the field they are responsible for. Lot of fluctuation.
