      Benefits, free lunch, loads of DE&I and self-paced training.

      Cons

      Work culture is ruthless. Little to no growth opportunities unless you move departments. No regard for quality of work or amount of effort. We fail fast was a motto. Good place to start a career- so you can recognize what you "don't" want down the road. Get what you need to mature your resume and get out.
