Pros

They are pretty flexible if you are a part-time sales rep, but beyond that be prepared to dedicate your life to them. They do allow you to develop your management skills , with a lot of off site and online courses.

Cons

Full-Timers, Key Holders and Managers are expected to be "Team Players" and basically live at work - they always talk about having a work/life balance but they don't live up to their own hype. Favoritism rules here as well - its more who you know and kiss up to rather than actual ability and competence that matter here. Upper management changes directions WAYYYYY to often - its seems like there is a new "focus" every week! and the stuff that was last week's "focus" gets dropped in favor of the new "focus" of the week.

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
