      Pros

      Now that we have a great manager we're able to take advantage of the benefits of working at T-Mobile. Fairly relaxed day to day attitude. Flexible work times. Appreciation of talents and contributions. Good pay and benefits. Focus on work that is actionable.

      Cons

      Obviously has been a bumpy road. The future of any company is unsure so be prepared to take care of yourself first. In my department Scrappy is the key word. We don't have money for any extras.
