      Typical corporate environment with streamlined processes and a winning formula. You will see customers, you will make sales and make money as long as you follow the steps that the company gives you to follow.

      Cons

      Diversity is not as celebrated as it once was. There is little to no loyalty among managers and sales reps. Everyone is expendable but this is just as true as it is at any other large company.
