      Work balance. Plenty of support from Solutions engineers to implementation and project managers

      Cons

      Goals increase significantly the year over year. Multipliers and ways to increase commissions dropped dramatically heading into 2025. Commission stolen from retroactively changing spiffs. I lost 10k from just one change on my biggest sale ever
