Dynamic is built for opportunity to strive as slef starter. Responsibility at UW level is high with a great deal of confidence in ability to succeed. You get out of what you put into the organization.
Cons
Limited training at entry level. flat organization with limited flexibility and lack of systems and innovation. Business formal gets old after a while and there is a need to change this.
