      Very lenient with managers not much micromanaging or pressure from Managers or VPs.

      Cons

      5 days a week in the office is just absolutely ridiculous if I'm not client facing why do I have to be in the office 5 days a week to fill space in my seat? Pay is not that great does not compare with market average or inflation rates.
