Pros

No pros other than some good employees left to make the place somewhat bearable. Location of office is near subway making it pretty accessible.

Cons

The absolute worst company to work for. Where to begin... Well first and foremost it’s predominantly white old men who drool and fantasize over the younger females making it extremely uncomfortable. They will break their neck trying to get “a good look”. But they are also such misogynistic, degrading, demoralizing human beings it makes one sick to their stomach. Racism runs rapid in that company. No one ever wants to see a male or woman of color do well. Also no one of color sits in any upper/senior management positions. HMM I WONDER WHY.. Workers are overworked and underpaid. Every employee looks like they are zombies. They get scrutinized if they leave their desk for too long and are constantly being watched by upper management creating such a hostile work environment. Senior management does not respect anyone who isn’t to their statues making it hard for employees to voice anything. HR IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE. I REPEAT HR IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE. They do not care about how you’re doing, feeling, nothing. They are the biggest wastes of space ever. They continue to let people who have committed disgusting sexual assault crimes in the office because of nepotism. Oh my, don’t even get me started on the nepotism. The only way you will ever get promoted or have respect for is if you’re somehow related to the CEO (or came from AIG). They put the biggest bigots in charge because of nepotism. AIG, AIG, AIG -> move on. You’re ruining your company, your employees with this weird infatuation over AIG. We get it. REALLY. No one wants to continuously have AIG shoved down their throats and in their ears all day long. The office is torturous enough. I’m going to wrap it up here because the list continues but if you’re looking to work here I recommend not too. There is no growth, no skill development, and these AIG fantasizers are never going to retire anytime soon. Maybe when Hank retires many others will follow but until then AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Save yourself. Self your mental health. DO. NOT. WORK. HERE.
