Many of our almost 10,000 colleagues are proud of the work they do which directly impacts the environment and our society. We do listen and respond to colleague feedback and have committed new resources to help colleagues take ownership of their career. We created a global colleague career hub which is a one stop shop for our people to bring together resources, training, and events to help take ownership of their career. For colleagues who are new and others, like yourself, who have been with us for many years, we want to be clear about what we stand for and ensure that all colleagues have the support to develop and speak up with ideas. We want to be clear what our people can expect back from Springer Nature to nurture their plans.
