Our hybrid working policy allows flexibility but also encourages colleagues to come to work to foster a healthy collaborative team culture, learn from each other and build strong relationships. On training, we have recently launched an enhanced career hub which guides colleagues on ideas to encourage career & talent development; please take a look at this. We do have leadership training and the first phase of this went live this year. In term of salary, we benchmark and reward our colleagues according to our industry and we offer a generous and flexible benefits plan in the UK with other benefits like Workation allowing colleagues to work from another location for 20 days and blend holiday and work.
