no holiday pay, one week of vacation no mater how long your tenure is, favoritism, ridiculous standards concerning production, prejudice, staffed to the minimum, and there needs absolutely come before your concerning a request for time off. meaning you will not get time off anywhere near holidays but consider the 1st, 5th and the 10th a blackout date for personal time.
