Work life balance - not much pressure given the client domain I worked in. A decent infrastructure. I didn’t see much of a micro-management, some managers tries to understand your situation and support well.
Cons
Too focused on one particular demography in the hiring process. Conduct on-campus recruitment in wider colleges/universities to reach dynamic talents.
