Pros
I've been with the company for 7 years, and it's honestly been one of the best professional experiences of my life. From day one, it's clear that people are at the heart of everything here. The team is incredible, diverse, everyone genuinely supports each other, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie. Whether you're a new hire or a long-time employee, everyone goes above and beyond to help each other. One of the things that really sets this place apart for me, is the focus on personal and professional growth. There are countless development opportunities, from leadership trainings and mentoring programs to support for attending industry events and gaining certifications. In fact, the company even helped me obtain my own professional qualification, which was a huge boost to my career. Another aspect I love is the company’s “One Company, Many Careers” approach. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to move between different roles and take on new responsibilities, which has kept my work exciting and challenging. I never imagined staying with a company for this long, but now I can’t picture growing my career anywhere else. The company's dedication to diversity and inclusion goes far beyond simply ticking a box, too. In fact, we recently won a Diversity Champion Award in 2024, which speaks volumes about our commitment to these values. This translates into our parental leave policies, as well as the One Team Network Groups that actively support LGBTQ+ employees, women’s leadership, career starters, and those returning from leave. These initiatives have created a workplace where everyone feels welcome and empowered. If you're looking for a workplace where people and culture come first, and where career development is a priority, this is the place to be!
Cons
If I had to point out a downside, it would be the occasional communication gap between teams in different countries. As we continue to grow globally, it can sometimes feel like information gets a bit lost across regions. It would also be great to have more in-person meetings to strengthen connections across teams, but I completely understand the company's commitment to remaining CO2 neutral and how that limits travel.
