I acknowledge we have very ambitious goals and therefore we are pushing the boundaries of what is possible - however in parallel we have a platform for people with passion and a meritocracy that allows you to experience and achieve a lot. Our compensation is continually reviewed internally and externally to ensure we remain competitive - however we also focus on other motivators beyond salary.
