Pros
The company follows a lean approach and allows its employees to grow professionally, providing them with all the necessary tools to acquire new skills, and giving them the opportunity to always get involved with new challenges. Many of the new games are born from impromptu proposals or from game jams. The flat structure is real and it works. The environment is very positive.
Cons
Few titles have achieved international success, and even though the company is part of the Take-Two group, it is still virtually unknown outside Spain.
