      Pros

      -People here are great, I made friendships that go beyond the job. -The benefits are pretty good, employee contributions are on the lower end. I also appreciate the PTO day for community service and the fitness reimbursement plan. -I love the employee events like birthday treats (when they still had them) and the holiday party

      Cons

      -There is little to no internal promotion opportunities anymore. When roles have opened up, they have gone to external candidates, or they bring someone in from the location in Europe. -Patchy communications from corporate, as well as corporate boasting the record-breaking profits on the internet, and then our bonuses would get cut - left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. -Salaries are pretty frugal -Senior management seem to be in a micromanagement mindset and caring about the wrong things -HR and management have made some bad choices when it comes to employees lately that I don't agree with

      Pros

      - good 401k match and healthcare

      Cons

      - 4 days in office but the office itself looks like it hasnt been updated in 30 years - little to no growth or promotions, the work you do is pretty boring - management still has old school corporate policies in place (other companies provide things like summer fridays, flexible work hours, sabbaticals, stipends) - below average pay - only 2 weeks pto for new hires (other companies provide way more than that) - work life balance is not the best, a lot of coworkers would work past 5 and sometimes on weekends - just like any typical corporate company, there's a lot of gossip and 'groups' amongst people. As a new hire, it was pretty lonely. - wouldn't recommend working here unless you really need a job. There's a lot of other companies out there (especially if you're in IT/tech) that will treat you much better. Don't get stuck here
