Great environment and employees. I had a great team to work with. Everyone needs help so I can learn a lot from different people and work scope.

As a big corporate, Signify has a structure and guidelines for work tasks which is both a great point that I do not have to come up with anything; however, it does not give me too much space to learn and grow

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
