      Decisions are made with out stakeholders involved. Upper level management doesn’t see the bigger picture and only cares about profit margins

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
