      It is a big global company.

      Cons

      So many layoffs, politics. No role clarification. Too many hierarchy. A lot of manages might not know much about their own work.You have to spend double the time on educating the managers and finishing your own work in the same time.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
