      Not knowing if upper management has a clear plan for the future....industry is struggling...constant lay offs and closings mean everyone is uneasy and doing multiple roles.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
