The company was good when it was with Philips. Now no talents can work here. Full of politics . Mid management is totally non technical. They just save their job and don't do anything productive. It is big and old organization completely relies on Philips brand, but it will die soon because of many corrupted people in the management.Dont fall here..You will regret...

Cons
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
